Acceptable Use Policy
Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to AI Sticker Maker (https://aistickermaker.online). It supplements our Terms of Service. If you use the service, you must follow this AUP.
AI Sticker Maker is a consumer tool for creating family-friendly digital stickers from text prompts or photos (for chat apps such as WhatsApp and Telegram). We do not offer uncensored generation.
Prohibited content and requests
You may not use the service to create, request, upload, or attempt to generate content that is:
NSFW / sexual / pornographic
- Nudity, sexual acts, pornography, erotic or fetish material
- Sexualized clothing, poses, or “barely clothed” requests intended to be sexual
- Any sexual content involving real people without lawful rights and consent
Illegal
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualization of minors (under 18), fictional or real — zero tolerance
- Content that facilitates crimes, fraud, scams, trafficking, or weapons instructions
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (“revenge porn”) or deepnudes
Harmful
- Harassment, threats, doxxing, stalking, or targeted abuse
- Graphic violence glorification or content intended to terrorize
- Hate speech or extremist propaganda that targets protected groups
- Graphic instructional self-harm or suicide content
Rights violations
- Uploading or generating stickers that infringe copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights you do not own or have license to use
- Impersonation intended to deceive or defraud
Platform abuse
- Credit farming, payment fraud, or circumventing limits and security controls
- Automated bulk scraping or attacks against the service
- Attempting to bypass moderation or safety filters
Automated moderation
Before any prompt is sent to an image generation model, we screen user-controlled text with the Creem Moderation API (and may apply additional checks). Prompts that are denied or flagged are blocked; if moderation is unavailable, generation fails closed (no image is produced). Credits are not consumed for blocked moderation decisions made before billing.
Enforcement
We may refuse generations, delete outputs, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with payment providers or law enforcement where required. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent ban without refund where permitted by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Reporting
Report abuse or AUP concerns to support@aistickermaker.online. Include URLs, approximate time, and a short description. Do not send illegal content itself to this inbox.
Changes
We may update this AUP by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated AUP.
