Refund and credit policy for AI Sticker Maker purchases via Creem

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid sticker credit packs purchased on AI Sticker Maker (aistickermaker.online) through our payment provider Creem. By buying credits, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What you buy

Credit packs are one-time digital purchases. Credits are used to generate AI stickers (text or photo). Credits do not expire under normal account use unless stated otherwise on the pricing page at checkout.

Failed generations

If a sticker generation fails on our side after credits were charged, we automatically refund those credits to your account balance. You do not need to open a ticket for automatic failure refunds.

Refund eligibility (paid money)

Because credits are digital goods that can be consumed immediately, all sales are generally final once the purchase is completed and credits are delivered to your account.

We may issue a full or partial money refund (or restore credits) at our discretion when:

  1. Technical failure — credits were charged but never delivered to your account after a confirmed successful payment.
  2. Duplicate charge — you were billed twice for the same order.
  3. Unauthorized purchase — you report a charge you did not authorize, subject to verification with Creem and applicable card-network rules.
  4. Legal requirement — a refund is required by applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction.

Requests should be made within 14 days of the charge (or sooner if your local law requires a different window).

How to request a refund

Email support@aistickermaker.online with:

  • The email on your AI Sticker Maker account
  • Approximate purchase date and amount
  • Creem / payment receipt or order ID if you have it
  • A short description of the issue

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved money refunds are processed through Creem and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, we may pause the account while we investigate. Please reach out to support first so we can resolve delivery or billing issues quickly.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current one. Continued use of paid features after changes means you accept the updated policy.
